Why Sterling?1. Peace of mind for families: Our staff is carefully selected and trained to a noticeably higher standard than other ALFs. At Sterling we are very particular about who we hire. Our trust is only placed in the best.
2. Family Owned and Operated: Our residents become part of our family. Our owners are frequently "in house" and pay personal attention to our residents and the care they receive. We know our residents as individuals and greet each other with smiles.
3. No large endowment or deposit required: Our residents and their families are not required to make a several hundred thousand dollar commitment to move into Sterling. Our annual lease is all we ask from our residents and their families.
4. Open Dining all Day: Our dining services allow for maximum resident choice. Our dining room is open all day. We have no fixed meal times that residents line up for. Come in when ever you like, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
5. Our Social Program: Our social program is designed around our residents. We have an extensive program that caters to all our residents from the very active to the more sedentary. From the more traditional bingo players to the more adventurous. We have both physically and mentally challenging programs designed to stimulate our residents as much as they like.
6. Our apartments are fully equipped and comfortable: All apartments come with a kitchenette, blinds, emergency call cords as well as emergency call pendants or wristbands for maximum comfort and peace of mind.
7. Our fees are all inclusive: Sterling Aventura will not attempt to nickel and dime our residents. Most everything except for resident's personal use items and long distance phone service are included. Cable TV, internet access, local phone service, housekeeping, weekly laundry service, etc., are included in the monthly fee.
8. Staff Excellence: Our staff is carefully screened and trained prior to being allowed on our floors. We continuously in-service our staff to insure excellence. While it is almost impossible to instill compassion we lead our staff by example and have found it to be effective.
9. Our luxurious surroundings: Sterling's brand new building has been luxuriously appointed with fine carpets, marble floors, luxurious drapes and furnishings. All this is designed to make our residents feel comfortable and to be proud of their decision to live at Sterling Aventura.
10. We are just better than other ALFs: We care more, we work harder and we listen to our families and
residents more than other ALF communities.
